Pre Licensing or Broker Upgrade
This Pre licensing course is the 40 hour course approved by the State of Alaska to pass the Salesperson Pre Licensing test. The Broker Upgrade course is the 30 hour course required to go from a Salespersons License to Associate Broker or Broker License.
Post Licensing
You are required to take 30 hours of Post Licensing within the first year of licensure. Take your Post License Courses as soon as possible after getting your license so you learn how to do the business right the first time.
