Can you mail me class material?
Yes the materials can be mailed to you. Just add shipping to your order online. The charge for shipping and handling is $15.00 and will be added to your order.
Can I pay for classes over the phone?
Yes you can call 907.337.9663 and relay your information to me and I will input your order.
Where exactly are you located?
We are located at 101 W Benson Blvd. (Keybank Bldg Midtown) To pick up materials, go to Suite 503.
The classroom is Suite 202.

How can I deliver the correspondence quizzes to be graded?
Correspondence quizzes can be emailed to info@alaskarealestateschool.com
What is cancelation policy?
You can cancel 10 days or more out from class and receive a full refund if all the materials are returned. If you cancel within 10 days of the scheduled class the refund is $300.00 if all the materials are returned. After the scheduled class has started there is no refund, however you may choose to take a future class. If the course manual is not returned the will is a $150.00 charge taken from the refund. A $20.00 charge if the State Study book is not returned.
Can I retake courses if I feel the need to?
Yes you may retake the course as often as you like for up to 18 month free of charge.
How do I schedule my state test and where are the tests given?
Call Pearson VUE testing Facility at 800.274.5992 to schedule the state test or go to pearsonvue.com to schedule the test.
